Our trainees create dishes through hands-on training, learning fundamental techniques and preparing meals under supervision to foster creativity and prepare for exams. They can also develop concepts for daily buffets. This allows trainees to become involved in the processes early on, utilize their skills, and receive additional motivation from the positive feedback of guests.

This isn't just a casual remark. We always strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible and try to anticipate your every need. We operate as a team in this regard. Titles and positions are irrelevant, as we all help each other at any time. So, you might occasionally encounter management preparing rooms or working in other areas. This is what makes us a welcoming team and a sign of our deep appreciation for each and every employee. In addition to an annual company outing and a Christmas party, we also organize a team-building day.

Our Host Team is important to us. For this reason, we have decided to distribute a significant portion of our jointly generated annual profit to our employees after one year of service. This is a sign of our appreciation. Without our hosts, who carry out the daily tasks, many of which are interconnected like the gears of a clock, we could not offer our service in this form. We have also introduced a company-sponsored supplemental health insurance plan that complements the benefits provided by statutory health insurance. A simple "thank you" in our daily interactions is also a matter of course.

Within the DLRG Federal Center, we offer our employees the opportunity to participate in Feel Good Team meetings. These meetings provide a relaxed setting for socializing and discussing topics that aren't necessarily work-related. They also offer new employees a chance to get to know each other better. Together as a team, we live by our self-imposed guidelines.
